A Growing Medical Research Company needed a system to procure/configure/ship laptops to employees all around the world.
SkyViewTek created a system to handle the procurement and configuration for all employees, while tracking inventory on behalf of our client. Also, we coordinated with a major shipping company to ensure all shipments are received in a cost-efficient and timely manner.
All employees receive their laptops in an efficient manner, while the client’s management team continues to focus on meeting company goals and managing the global employee team. If the employee has any questions or issues with their laptop, we are able to quickly provide them with remote assistance to resolve the issue.
