What Your Business Can Do
At this time, businesses using Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online should:
-
Confirm whether users are unable to send or receive email.
-
Watch for sign-in errors or Outlook access issues.
-
Avoid repeatedly changing passwords or email settings unless directed by your IT provider, as the issue may be on Microsoft’s side.
-
Use alternate communication methods, such as phone calls, text messages, or Teams chat if available, for time-sensitive messages.
-
Check the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Service Health dashboard for tenant-specific updates.
