Situation
Growing Services Company is located in a geographic area where the primary internet service provider (ISP) goes down on a regular basis, which prevents employees from being productive or customers from getting online.
Solution
SkyViewTek implemented a failover internet solution, so when the primary ISP goes down (it does not matter if it’s Comcast Xfinity or Verizon FIOS), the secondary internet solution kicks in.
Results
Employees and customers are able to stay online, even when there’s a Comcast or Verizon outage.
