Wondering which Outlook you should be using? The “new” Outlook is a faster, web‑based interface with a modern look and built‑in Copilot and other cloud features. The “classic” Outlook is the full desktop app with deeper customization, offline support, and better compatibility with PST files and add‑ins many business users still rely on.
At SkyViewTek, we currently recommend sticking with the classic Outlook view for most business users, because it generally plays nicer with existing integrations and day‑to‑day workflows.
