Solution

Depending on our clients’ needs, SkyViewTek has implemented a variety of solutions over the years, including the following:

  • OneDrive or Dropbox or Box, with one computer as main computer that is being backed up (least recommended)
  • NAS Drive (but limitations – data sharing with user permissions; but minimal use of logical software like QuickBooks to be accessed among multiple users)
  • Server (setup share drives with user permissions, plus VPN. Logical software, like QuickBooks, can be accessed by multiple users.)
  • Other options (eFolder, SecureDrawer, and others)
